Custom Options

Variety Packs Offer consumers more without adding operational complexity. Our proprietary variety pack system combines multiple flavors or SKUs into a single package directly from the line. We don't rely on hand-counting or no manual assembly. Brands enjoy faster turnaround, lower cost, and a retail-ready variety pack that most co-packers simply can't execute at scale.

Bandoliers We can provide options for connected packs in a continuous strip. This distinctive single-serve format stands out in foodservice, hospitality, and retail environments. Talk to us about whether this format fits your product and channel.

Die Cut Liquid Packs Custom-shaped flexible liquid pouches, tooled to your brand's specifications. If your brand has a shape, we can put your product in it. Hot Fill & Pasteurization For products requiring thermal processing, our hot fill line and in-line pasteurization process ensure product safety and shelf stability.

Wavepath Pasteurization Our Wavepath pasteurization system uses SANOVO's patented WAVE Technology to eliminate harmful bacteria through precision pulsed ohmic heating. The process is gentler than traditional HTST, sterilizing without denaturing your product. The result: extended shelf life with original flavor, color, and functionality intact.
