Amy M. Sena, REHS, PCQI, SQFP, TQMP
Vice President of Quality Assurance, Food Safety and Regulatory Affairs
With over 27 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry, Amy currently serves as the Vice President of Quality Assurance, Food Safety, and Regulatory Affairs at T.H.E.M., leading Compliance and Quality initiatives across four production facilities specializing in both food and OTC pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Her expertise includes Regulatory Compliance, Quality Assurance Systems, Food Safety Management, and Certification oversight to ensure adherence to the highest industry and consumer standards. In her role, Amy oversees compliance with Federal, State, and third-party Regulatory requirements while maintaining a broad portfolio of certifications, including Organic, NSF Certified for Sport®, SQF, Halal, Kosher, Gluten-Free, RSPO, and SGS Pharmaceutical standards. Amy is passionate about building strong Quality cultures, implementing Continuous Improvement initiatives, and supporting innovative manufacturing and packaging technologies that enhance product integrity and operational excellence. Amy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Nutrition from Drexel University and continues her professional development annually through advanced education programs at Rutgers University to maintain her active Registered Environmental Health Specialist (REHS) license with the State of New Jersey. What Amy enjoys most about her career at T.H.E.M. is the fast-paced environment, collaborating with customers across diverse product categories, and staying at the forefront of emerging food safety and packaging innovations. Outside of work, Amy is an avid supporter of Philadelphia Eagles and Philadelphia Phillies, attending games throughout the year with her husband and three kids. Her personal interests include yoga, vacationing internationally, and spending time with her family and friends.

Amanda Velazquez, SQFP, PCQI, FSQA
Quality and Redzone Compliance Manager
Amanda is the Quality & Redzone Compliance Manager at T.H.E.M. with over nine years of experience in the food manufacturing industry. In her current role, she oversees our facilities Quality Management System (QMS), provides leadership and support to the Quality and Sanitation teams, manages customer and Quality Audits, reviews and approves all Redzone Batch Records for compliance, and supports Continuous Improvement initiatives to maintain strong Food Safety, Quality, and Operational Standards. Amanda has built her professional background through higher education coursework, hands-on industry experience, leadership development, and continuous learning within the food industry. She enjoys the fast-paced and ever-changing nature of Quality and Food Safety, especially the opportunity to mentor, support, and grow alongside her team. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on her kids at sporting events and school activities, reading, going to the beach, and traveling whenever possible.
Andrew Weber, SQFP, PCQI, FSQA
Quality and Food Safety Manager
Andrew Weber is an experienced Quality Manager with 19 years in the food and beverage industry, bringing extensive expertise in Food Safety, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing Operations.
Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for leading Quality and Sanitation operations, managing customer relations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within fast-paced manufacturing environments. Andrew’s professional background includes extensive experience overseeing facility and customer audits as well as customer Quality concerns while working collaboratively across Departments to improve operational efficiency and maintain product integrity. He is recognized for developing streamlined Quality systems, strengthening compliance programs, and fostering customer confidence through proactive communication and solution-focused leadership. He attended Rowan College and has completed SQF, HACCP, and PCQI certifications, further strengthening his expertise in food safety and quality management. What Andrew values most about his role at T.H.E.M. is the dynamic environment and the constant opportunity to think critically, adapt, and solve new challenges. Rather than viewing unexpected issues as setbacks, he sees them as opportunities for innovation, growth, and continuous improvement. The fast-paced nature of the industry keeps him motivated and continually evolving alongside the company. One of the most rewarding aspects of Andrew’s career at T.H.E.M. is mentoring and developing his team of Quality Technicians. He takes pride in helping team members gain confidence, think independently, and contribute meaningful ideas that positively impact both the department and the organization. Andrew strongly believes that long-term success is built through collaboration, continuous learning, and a team-oriented mindset. Outside of work, music has always played an important role in Andrew’s life. Having spent years performing live shows, he still maintains a strong passion for music today. He also enjoys spending quality time with his family and his two dogs, Drake and Ruby, who often join him on hiking trips and mountain getaways where he can disconnect and recharge. In his free time, Andrew is also passionate about home improvement projects — something his girlfriend especially appreciates, particularly when she can focus on winning over the dogs with treats while Andrew handles the work.
